Inspired by a fresh squeezed Paloma cocktail. This beer is bursting with citrusy aroma and flavor. We used whole grapefruit and limes, grapefruit puree and raw organic blue agave on top of an IPA base with Amarillo and Simcoe hops. The agave cuts the hop and grapefruit bitterness for a smooth and balanced drinking experience.
